Brooks

Brooks, approximately 4 years old, can be a propeller butt tail wagging fool! He does well with cats and smaller dogs, and likes most people that he meets, but does not like those who fuss with him (like vets and groomers). He loads up and rides well in the car, but he doesn't like to feel "caged in" and as long as there is a doggy door at your home, is good about going outside to do his business. Brooks was found as a stray that went unclaimed and by the looks of him, had been on his own for a considerable amount of time. He was about 40 pounds underweight (has now gained 20 of that back) and his rear dew claws had grown all the way around and back into the pads causing extreme pain and bad infections. He also had a mass on one of his rear pinky toes. His rear dew claws and pinky toe have all been removed and lab results for the mass showed no cancer! He has now gotten neutered and has a clean bill of health and is ready to find his forever home.
