Bryce

Bryce, who is estimated to be between 3 and 5 years old, was an unclaimed stray that we got from a local shelter on his last day. He can be a little shy at first meeting, but once he knows that you are okay, becomes very loving with you. He has gained 18 pounds in foster care in the first 2 weeks and still has a good 30+ pounds to gain to be at the appropriate weight for his frame which we feel will be around 150 pounds. He's not a tall dog, but has thick legs, a big head and massive paws. He has not had any potty accidents in the house and uses the doggy door like a champ, but is still learning not to counter surf. Bryce likes most dogs that he meets, but there are some that he doesn't like so it would be mandatory that he meet all other dogs in the home of a potential adopter to make sure they would get along. He will chase cats when they run, but is tolerant of non running cats in the home. We think that with a steady diet, loving care and socialization, that Bryce will be a very good companion for the lucky family who adopts him.
