Canela & Paloma's Memorial

Our family adopted Canela (Cinnamon) the Saint, and Paloma (The Great Pyrenees) together in 2005. They appeared to be about 5 yrs at the time and in very poor shape. Although they came from different homes they got along so great I referred to them as sisters. They were both gentle, loving and a constant source of love and joy for us and for my elderly mother. The fact that Mom could touch and pet them easily from her wheelchair was the best physical therapy. We still love and miss them terribly but are so glad we could offer them our home and our care for 6 years and feel grateful to have been their family.
