Dahlia (adoption pending)
Note: Dahlia has recently been placed in a forever home and this adoption will become final soon.
Dahlia and her brother Archer were rescued from a high-kill shelter where they had been dumped by their former owner. It is believed that they are a Saint Bernard/Shepherd cross, but we don't know for certain. They have very large paws and the markings of a Saint, so we believe that they will grow up to be large dogs. They are approximately 12 weeks old and Dahlia weighs around 15 pounds. She is a little timid with loud noises but enjoys the company of other dogs and loves to get her belly rubbed by any person she comes into contact with. She is learning her potty training at her foster home, but will need her new family to continue that training once they take her home with them. She is being fostered in the Monterey, CA area where meet and greets need to take place.
