Isis (forever name Etta James)

Isis and another male Saint were picked up as strays and their owner was found and notified. Unfortunately, the owner told the shelter that he only wanted the male back and not Isis (our guess is that he didn't need her for “breeding” anymore) and when the owner never even showed up to claim his male Saint (who, thankfully, was adopted almost immediately… leading us to believe that the owner sent a friend to the shelter to pay the “adoption fee” rather than the more expensive “claiming fee”) we were finally able to rescue Isis! When Isis became a Sunny Saint she was a skinny  (122 pounds), 4 year old bundle of love looking for her forever home. She's great with other dogs (both small and large) and very social, loving, and well-behaved. The Carter-Rabinowitz family fell in love with Isis, adopted her, and renamed her “Etta James.” Thank you for being Etta James "at last, my love has come along" family. Wwelcome to our Sunny Saints family! We wish you a lifetime of happiness together.
