Joey was saved from a high kill shelter where he was dumped - filthy, scared and half starved. In loving foster care for only 2 weeks he's being well socialized and is becoming the confident Saint he was always meant to be. He's a big leaner and will lean on you while you give him pets, and will even roll over for a belly rub once he gets those initial gentle pets from you. He seems to be good with other dogs but not good with chickens, so no chickens in his new home please. He's got beautiful dark mahogany splash coat coloring and will be a gorgeous fellow once he fills out. Joey needs a loving forever home that understands that he's a little timid at first, but once he realizes that you won't hit him, he will warm up to you and accept your love.
