Manny

Approximately 2 year old rough coat Manny was rescued out of a shelter in Central California in deplorable shape.  When our volunteers arrived they discovered that he had been in the shelter for nearly 3 weeks with an untreated draining abscess on his face. They relayed this information back to our Intake Coordinator who contacted a rescuer in that area who contacted her mobile vet and explained the situation. Before you knew it, Manny was undergoing field surgery in someone's donated garage! Manny spent approximately 2 to 3 months in foster care recovering from his ordeal. He is a great guy who gets along with all dogs and all people and just loves to be loved on.
