Mickey

Mickey was believed to be a Saint Bernard cross when we rescued him from a local shelter, but he's actually a Saint Bernard wannabe! At approximately 6  to 8 months old, Mickey weighs around 17 pounds and hasn't grown at all in the time that he was in our care. He prefers older women over men, but is slowing learning to trust older men too. He is not good around children or younger men. He loves toys and to run and play fetch. He is being fostered in a home with 3 Saint Bernards and he plays with them fine, but does get scared when play gets too rough. He was previously in a foster home with cats, chickens and horses and completely ignored them. He is completely trustworthy in the home and hasn't had one accident while in foster care. Congratulations Caroline on adopting Mickey. Caroline is a Sunny Saints foster, but was not fostering Mickey, so we can't call it a foster failure exactly!
