This 5 to 7 month old rough coat male Saint Bernard puppy with a recent complete shave down, was rescued from a pretty bad situation where he was kept tied up on a very short lead. He is a sweet boy, but is a little confused by his new-found freedom to roam around and spends a lot of time just laying in one spot ... right next to a person. He's very calm and is just being introduced to toys (which he's obviously never seen before and doesn't know what to do with) in his foster home. He would love to have a family who will introduce him to the big world out there and to show him the love that he so richly deserves and wants to give back. He does well with other dogs, and hasn't had an indoor potty accident yet, but needs all training and socialization that he can get from his forever family. As most pups are, he can be a little mouthy when instigating play with a person, but easily corrects, so it shouldn't be a long term problem. He will be started on his puppy shot series and microchipped this coming week and then will be ready to go to a foster-to-adopt home with his forever family.
