Rocky
Rocky's family didn't have enough time for him so asked that we find him a new family that will love him as much as they do. This 150 pound, 3 year old boy is a gorgeous smooth coat that grew up with children and cats in the home and does great with both. He hadn't been around a lot of dogs and got very excited when meeting them and only wanted to play, but his big boy enthusiasm was misinterpreted by some. Rocky needed to learn the proper way to approach other dogs, so continued doggy socialization was key to Rocky's future success. The Greenfield's stepped up to offer Rocky the kind of home and support he needed and we wish them all the happiness in the world!

I love Rocky and he has been wonderful. He fetches, wrestles, enjoys car rides, plays, and loves to be petted for hours. We even race each other down the street. He is my constant companion and I try to take him with me, the hot weather permitting, whenever I can. He never attacked the cat, but would rush her to play with her. We finally have him leaving her alone 90 percent of the time, and the cat, a rescue herself, is finally coming out more and more. He is not always listening to Anne, my wife, however and she is home with him much of the time while I am at work. However, I feel confident that in time, Rocky will accept her as someone to respect and abide by.
I hope that in the future, I can come to some Sunny Saints event and meet you face to face and show you how happy Rocky is. Thanks again for the amazing work of your organization and for my wonderful new dog,
-Eric Greenfield
