Tulip
Tulip, rescued from a high-kill shelter in the Central Valley area of California where she was an unclaimed stray, is believed to be around 3 years old. She is a rough coat (longer fur) Saint. She takes a little while to warm up to other dogs, so it would be best if she was an only dog, or adopted by a family with experience with slow introductions and the patience to correct in a positive fashion. She learned to trust and get along well with other dogs in her foster home after about a week. She is a sweetheart that LOVES kids and people and is a wonderful girl but may need a week or two to get adjusted to a new family without pushing her. She currently weighs around 100 pounds but could stand to gain a little weight.
