Queenie (forever name Lola)
Queenie was approximately 1 year old when she was found wandering the streets of Compton, CA with another 1 year old Saint Bernard we named Quincy. Sunny Saints advertised them both as “Found” for 2 weeks and when the owners never came forward we made them official “Sunny Saints” and listed them for adoption. Queenie enjoyed the company of other dogs (and even cats) and walked well on a leash, unless separated from Quincy. When separated, she would almost go into a panic until she would see Quincy again and even though they were bonded so closely, they welcomed people of all sizes into their circle of love. Fortunately for Queenie her foster family was successful at working Queenie through her separation anxiety and the Arnold family fell in love with Queenie when they found her on our website. Once you have a look at the pictures of Queenie’s new family (and canine brother “Titan”) we are sure you will agree that she is living her happily ever after with the Arnold Family! Congratulations and welcome to the Sunny Saints family.

Here are a couple more pics of Queenie. She has officially taken over Titan's spot on the couch. She is such a great dog. She gets about a 100 kisses a day and is very loving.
We're so glad we found her. Thanks again.

Just wanted to send you some recent pics of Lola/Queenie. As you can see she is very happy and healthy. We love her so much. Her and Titan are absolutely inseparable. If Titan goes before she does it won't be good, she is so attached. I work out of the house now so when I walk from room to room, she follows me. She doesn't do that with Lena, only her Dad.

Just wanted to shoot you some recent pics of Lola. Every night she and Titan watch TV with me on the couch until midnight when I go to bed. Every single morning like clock work at 7:30 am she comes up stairs and opens the door and wakes us up. On the weekends we stay in bed and she'll sleep right next to me until we we wake up. She really is the sweetest dog I have ever seen. Her and Titan remain absolutely inseparable. I'm so glad we found her.
I work out of the house and every time I leave my desk to go downstairs or to any other room she follows me (Lena says she's daddy's shadow). We just want to thank you for being such a great orginization for these beautiful animals. We are only going to adopt moving forward. Hopefully its MANY YEARS before we even have to think of that.

Update: March 24. 2013
Just wanted to let you know as of yesterday Lola is officially a therapy dog! She passed her final test with flying colors. She was made for this and will be visiting Childrens Hospitals, Retirement Homes, etc. She is such a beautiful and loving dog, and definitely a Daddies girl (as soon as I leave any room she is right by my leg following me). Both myself and Lena are so grateful we found Sunny Saints. I dont know what kind of human garbage could leave this dog on the streets but in this case I'm glad they did, because we LOVE our girl!
On a side not, we tried to get Titan qualified, but every time the handlers asked them to do something, he just looked at them like they were blind, crippled and crazy! He's definitely on his own program!!!
