Sassy

Sassy, along with her littermate brother Shadow were owner surrenders to us when their elderly owner could no longer financially or physically care for them. They were i extremely thin and suffering from flea dermatitis which had caused them to lose most of their hair and have raw skin from the scratching. At close to 5 years of age, they are both now healthy and gaining weight and looking for their new homes. Even though they have lived together their entire lives, they are independent, confident dogs that do not require that they stay together. Sassy is a smooth coat sweetheart that loves to cuddle, go for walks (she could still use some leash manners) and play with other dogs. She is a very happy dog that gets along great with everyone and everything. She is a large girl that once filled out will weigh about 150 pounds.
